Friday, 17 September, will be a special day for the crafts-people in film and television, with an afternoon of a fine food and awards presentations. This event has always sold out. In 2010, the Craft Awards lunch will be held for the first time at the Auckland Town Hall.
 
Awards price: $106.88 including GST
Dress Code: Business
Seating: Pre allocated and tables set for up to 10 people    

Qantas Film and Television Awards Gala Awards


On Saturday, 18 September, everyone will come together at Auckland’s Civic Theatre.
 
The evening will commence with a red carpet entry to the Civic Theatre at 6.00pm. In previous years, the media pack have been kept on their toes, with live television crews vying with the paparazzi for the best shots.
 
This year the awards show will start promptly at 6.30pm, with doors to the auditorium closing at 6.25pm. The show will run to a tight format with no pre dinner drinks, allowing everyone to “get out of school early” and head to our next event ...
 
Once the curtain falls on the main stage, the party will begin. The exclusive, 42BELOW After Party will take place at the Auckland Town Hall, where the who’s who of the industry, winners, finalists and sponsors will party the night away in style.

Awards price: $151.88 including GST and access to the After Party
Dress Code: Black Tie/Elegant

Seating Arrangements

 

Seating at the Craft Awards on Friday 17 September, will be allocated as per the seating plan on the day.
 
Guests attending the Gala Awards on Saturday 18 September, will be seated in two sections:

  1. The finalist representative and up to one guest will be seated in a allocated/reserved seat.
    Seat numbers will be indicated on your ticket.
  2. All other guests will be seated in a general admission area where seats will not be reserved or allocated. Doors into the Civic Theatre will open from 6.00pm.
